Green Rice

Ingredients:

1 bunch of coriander leaves
¼ tsp cumin seeds
½ lemon juice
salt
¼ cup chopped onions
1 cup whole brown rice
Method

Wash and soak the whole brown rice for about 8-10 hours in 2 ½ cups water. Cook the rice.

Make a chutney in the grinder with all the other ingredients except the onions.

Brown the onions without oil. Add the chutney and roast. Mix it with the cooked rice. Garnish with grated coconut. Serve hot.
